It is very well packed. I do, however, have a slight problem removing the lids on the boxes due to arthritic hands but a spoon handle does the trick!
Great food, my dog loves it, made a huge difference to his digestion, often had loose stool when on dried food, since being on Mersey Raw his stools are firm.
We swapped from Bella & Duke which we’d used for years - because they started including unnecessary vitamin and minerals. And since we swapped, my dog seems so much happier and healthier! She can’t wait to eat her food whereas before she could take it or leave it. She has so much more energy and is like a puppy again! Also, their Customer Service is excellent. They resent my food quickly when I accidentally had it sent to the wrong address 🤦♀️ Would highly recommend!
