How does delivery work?
Mersey Raw is proud to offer next day frozen delivery to most of the UK, 7 days a week.
Orders made before 1pm will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following day. Our delivery costs £6.95 (free on orders over £65).
As our products are classed as perishable goods, they are sent on a next day delivery service. If you are not at home to receive your order, our couriers will leave it in the safest place possible and if you have not already notified the courier where to leave it.
Mersey Raw accepts no responsibility for orders that have been diverted or left in a safe place, therefore please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information from the courier to the email address or mobile number you have entered on your order. We specifically request that someone be home to take in the parcel, as Mersey Raw is not liable for any parcels that are redirected, or requested to be left in a safe place.
Please note: do not change the delivery date of your parcel - this could result in your parcel being disposed of as it contains frozen goods. Mersey Raw will not replace orders that have been disposed of for this reason.
Our frozen next day delivery costs £6.95 and is free for orders over £65. Any order received before 1pm will be delivered the next day (7 days a week). Orders placed after 1pm will arrive 2 days later.

Are raw lamb bones safe for dogs?
Our raw lamb bones are perfectly safe for all dogs.
We recommend that your dog is supervised at all times when chewing on the bones.
What exactly comes in a mixed bag?
Every mixed bag of raw lamb bones is unique because it's a natural product.
A single bag might contain one or a combination of lamb ribs, shin bones, brisket, or rib backs.
Because it is a mixed selection, the exact weight and size of individual pieces will vary.
My dog has allergies, are these suitable?
Yes, our raw lamb bones are allergen-free and contain no grains, soy, or artificial additives.
Lamb is an excellent alternative for dogs with sensitivities to chicken or beef.

Was expecting bones for dog to knaw on. Got 3 leg bones haha, I cut them in half, so more manageable for my dog, at least he can knaw on these unlike the beef.

Ordered the lamb bone’s with Winnie’s Mersey Raw order, one didn’t even hit the freezer, she thoroughly enjoyed it and was great to know her teeth were getting a good clean, will definitely order again 🐶👍🏼
Great value for money, they had started to defrost though.i expected the rib bones to be chopped to 1 rib.

Wow. my Willow-Bob loves these bones, actually kept him quiet for up to 30 minutes. Love the look on his face when he received them.
Thawed out when they arrive. Box wasn't insulated for frozen meat as normal, just to cardboard boxes. Selection was better as normally only ribs.

The bones are as fresh as can be. They arrived frozen and cut into really nice portions..I find dogs are often overwhelmed if they are given half rib cages but these pieces are just perfect! Very good quality!!
Ordered bones for my dog’s teeth to chew raw and to make bone broth. Big packs, very well packed and he loves them! Delivery was dpd and they didn’t follow instructions but left them on the doorstep. Not Mersey Raw’s fault however. Will order again.
I dont own a dog but I feed foxes and I know your advertised as a dog friendly food company, but am sure if you added supporter of Britush wildlife you would get added interest.
